MGC is governed by mother-daughter teams who execute, operate and account for all of the operations, events and activities it holds. Each team focuses on an area of leadership and fulfills the duties of that area for a year. Most of the daughters are high school students so MGC continues to welcome new teams each year as seniors graduate.
